Hi All,
Has anybody any experience of the dashboard conversion kits supplied by Ministry of Defender. I would like to know what the build quality and actual in use experience is before shelling out?????

Wow! never seen these before...but by Christ they're some serious prices. Can't confirm quality...though could you not pick up a 2nd hand Puma dash and install? All the other parts are readily available and lower cost to buy direct from the many suppliers...just trying to save you a few good £££'s:)

I know this is old but just in case someone else is looking for the same info. I have seen two vehicles with these conversions. They don't look great close up and the materials look cheap - although always look ok in photos, and if fitted by Ministry of Defender you are at high risk of a vehicle fire! Worst wiring jobs I have ever seen. Same with their air con kits.

We exhibit our dash and AC systems at the LRO show every year, feel free to come and look at what we offer and make up your own mind, or pop into our workshop in Lincoln and look at the build process. We have a demo vehicle here for you to test and evaluate.

We make a nice brew as well, but biscuits would be appreciated. :)
