3 way switch wiper park

Dear Members

The turn to wipe and push to wash rear defender 90 switch gave up the ghost decided to wire a three-way toggle switch. I carnt remember if the 'park' worked or if it had one
on the rear washer. I have managed to get the washers to work (switch up) and then switch to wipe (switch down) but do not know how to get the wiper blade to function with park or if they is a function on a rear wiper

Any ideas? or does a defender 90 300 tdi not have a park function on a rear wipe?
Any help from you experienced bunch would be really appreciated
