3 or 5 Bearing engine?

Hi All I'm about to change the gearbox in my 1968 series 2a 2.25 petrol. I have ordered a 9.5" clutch and release bearing from Paddocks and I want to get a rear crank seal I think it is a 3 bearing but the seeds of doubt have been sown, anyone able to confirm how to tell please?

I thought it could be easily identified by the castings on the block. Extra webs I am sure.
Got a pic of yours and somebody will confirm.
