3.9 v8 odd compression test

Hi all
I've had endless amount of problems trying to get my 3.9 to run right,
but I did a compression test the other day,
And found that 7 cylinders read about 12 Bar, while cylinder 3 read 13.1 bar

Is there any thoughts to why there is one cylinder with a compression that is more than a Bar higher than the others?

the one that is high is leaking oil into it.???.ie dodgy valve stem seal??????

re do them and repeat again with a wet test (squirt some oil in the bored just before)
