L322 3.0 td6 2004 android headunit swap

Can anybody tell me is there an online guide in swapping over the standard headunit to an android or sony headunit i have attached 2 pictures of which i like and am wondering if anybody has installed 1 of these units and is it any good or do you have a link for a aftermarket headunit uve used and would recommend has to be touch screen and bluetooth and sat nav friendly

Not your desired one I don't think but gives the flavour of a swap.

There is a difference between HSE and VOGUE, afaik the VOGUE has fibre optic, not sure if that is relevant tbh.
Higher achievers on here will know the ins and outs I'm sure, trouble is knowing what bait to lay to lure them into sharing
