Hi guys i intend to flush the rear diff, front diff and centre gears, any idea how much transsmission fluid i have to buy? also, other than the brake fluid and engine oil, and other fluids or oils i can replace?

Clutch fluid, grease the nipples 
in various places.
My s3 automatically flushes ep90 from all 'sealed' parts of the drivetrain on to my drive. Funnily enough this is pretty much how vw gets away with 'longlife' service intervals; thinner engine oil gets past rings burns off you top up with fresh every month and that means a 20000 mile oil change. Land rover were there 30 yrs ago

to fill the gear box and trasnfer box i access the the hole by taking out the rubber cover under the gear stick right? ep90 as well? is there a need to actually change the oils/fluids?

If you don't know the history of the landy then it would probably be worth draining and re-filling. You'll get to see the state of the EP90 that comes out (hopefully no teeth in it!). Drain plugs on the bottom of each, and you'll see the filler plug half way up the side of the gear box / transfer box. You would be best to buy something like a toledo suction pump - makes filling most landy fluids a lot easier. Do the filling by laying under the left hand side of the landy. (obvious safety rules apply).

Have a look at Busters photo tour - it's damn good if you need to know where the ins and outs of the various 'boxes' are!
