2013 Freelander 2 Motor swap from 2008

Can you replace the 2.0 L motor in a 2013 LR2 with the 3.2L from a 2008 LR2? What would be needed to do so?

I have a 2008 LR2 in the U.S. that has some pretty bad body damage but run great. I found a 2013 LR2 with a blown motor but is in great shape otherwise and is very inexpensive. I’m trying to figure out if I could buy it and move my motor over to it from the 2008.

All sorts of problems. Computers, wiring harnesses... the list goes on. Not worth the hassle really. There's a lot to move over. Not just the engine and gearbox.

If you have all the donor parts from a vehicle its easier. But there was a lot of changes between early and late vehicles.
