Firstly some background. 2011 2.4 Puma 110 52,000 miles on the clock and was not used much by previous owners.
From cold the engine performs fine with no issues, it appears to start playing up when the engine is up to temperature. No error codes being thrown.
Things I have changed.
Reconditioned injectors followed by a pump, pilot learn and codes updated.
New VCV valve
New injector rail sensor and return pressure relief valve
Fresh service using land rover parts
New boost hoses
New MAP and MAF sensors
Turbo clean and fuel cleaner over the last six weeks.
EGR blank and delete
MAF Plug / wiring changed out as it looked a little tired at the plug end.
All wiring looks to be in good order
Turbo actuator removed and confirmed free.
All this and i still can't get the fault to change or alter. Can anyone help me with any of this? Am i missing anything? Diagnostics are not showing anything obvious other that slight fuel pressure dip when hesitating. Do these engines have issues with the HP fuel pump?
Thanks in advance
