Ello all,
Have looked at threads and other bits on internet but can't find what I'm looking for,
I changed my cyclinder head about a week ago for a second hand one that had been tested and re surfaced.

Now since changing the heads over on first start up in the mornings it puffs out white smoke, it will clear up after you've driven it under load about 20/30 seconds later after I've pulled up my hill.

From what I've read it could be injectors or the return fuel line or somthing similar?

I don't think it's using water but I can't confirm this as I had to refill and **** around trying to get the air out of the system.

Any pointers on what to do next? I don't really want to be taking the head off again and re torquing it down incase I didn't do it correctly and it's burning water still, any way to identify if it's water it's burning or unburnt diesel?
Cheers.

Yes I get you, ill have a look quick,,,,
Just started it up first time since yesterday and had no smoke at all hahaa how bizzare. The only smoke was kind of Gray/ black like normal.
I'll keep an eye on it the next few mornings see what it does!

The smoke seemed to hang around for a while if I remember..

It smoked again today, it definetly hung around in the air ah think it's fuel/oil. Where do I go from here?

It didn't smoke today lol???

I'll leave it for now I think.
But I am still getting the fuel pump diafram soaked in oil from the turbo boost pipe?
