200tdi water pump flow

Hello,

Does anyone know what the water flow is in L/hr, preferably for 200tdi curious to see how much water it shifts. Investigating the idea of replacing it with a 12v pump to reduce paracitic loss.

Once up to temperature much of the flow is thermal so the load in the pump is quite low and I doubt very much will be saved. Then you have factor in the electric power used which comes from the alternator powered by the engine. The water pump speed is also variable with the engine speed so for flow level to be correct the electric one would need a speed controller. Is it worth it.

No i guess its not, just one of those late night ideas that on retrospect are not that great hahaha
