200tdi into a 90td help question

hi i just fitted my 200 disco engine everything fits ok apart from the intercooler hose ive seen the pictures on here and for some reason my engine sits more the the left then the others i seen not really a problem as ive cut a bit of the inner wing out to fit the intercooler hose has anyone had this problem ive got new engine mounts too

PM Patman - he lives close to yu and fitted a200 into his 110.

ok what should i search for ? ive tried ****ed engine engine misalined engine sitting and various others i might not have spelt them right so thats why i started a thread!

200 tdi conversion might be a good start theres loads of freds on here with loads of piccys along the way

im not asking about the conversion im asking about the engine sitting to the left

but if you read thru the walkthru guide it might answer yr qs

I thort yu was aking about the intercooler hose?

if it did i would not be asking

how many mm to the left is it sitting? and what should the gap be between the chassis rail and the engine. All 200 tdi conversions require the exhaust and RAd & intercooler hoses to be modified, Yu can buy a complete kit off fleabay for £167 with all the required pipes & hoses.

hi i have got the exhaust conversion and i got just the bottom hose for the intercooler conversion ive not measured the distance but its not enuff space to have the conversion hose and the inner wing hence me cutting abit away im not really bothered with it sitting to the left as ive got all the pipes on now i was just wondering if anyone elses engines sit to the left

thanks for the pics oil even his intercooler hose looks squashed at least with a hole in the inner wing will let my turbo breath abit better
