Are you meant to be able to turn the pump by hand?
I have two.
One I can turn freely with one finger an inch either way until piston/ diaphragm creates pressure, and then it takes two hands to turn it.
The second pump I can not turn at all by hand and need a screwdriver to lever it round using the pulley bolts.
Both pumps are not fitted, just on my bench.
