200TDI exhaust question........

Hopefully just a quickie having searched dozens of exhaust threads to no avail. I have a retro fitted defender 200tdi 110- started life as TD. I am looking to replace the complete 200tdi exhaust prior to taking it to Canada- 79 quid from Paddocks! Am I right in thinking I don't need any conversion bits to ensure a sound fit? I do need the fitting kit as the current one is hanging on with cable ties! Are the chassis mountings the same for TD and tdi?

Yes i think the mounts are the same, ive just stuck a 200tdi into my 59 series 2 so they cant have changed to much!
Its the 300 that needs different mounts welding to the chassis.
