Hi my bottom pully bolt has fell out due to the pulley/damper being damaged my question is I need to remove the woodruff key so do I need to remove the timing pully as it seems to be on the pulley woodruff key???

looking at the photo i think you'll need to remove timing pulley, but i thought the key for the crank pulley could be changed easily, but its about eight years since i did one.
 
Is there away of pegging the flywheel or do I need the peg tool kit?
I use a drill bit that fits nicely in the hole cant remember the size but a bolt will do as long as its pretty tight and not loose. Thats for both crank and pump:)
