Does anyone have wiring diagrams of the 2003 Tacoma TRD? Or better
yet, does anyone know how to remove those plastic rivets that hold
down the interior molding, without destroying them?

I've wired up Floodlamps today, and I'd prefer to have the +12V only
active when the keys in the ignition. I planned on wiring it in
parallel to the Cigarette lighter (instead of direct to the battery),
but I cant figure how to get that plastic rivet out without destroying
it.

So any info would be appreciated. Either the location of another +12v
wire that will only come on with ignition (wire on drivers side
prefered) or a way to break open the center console so I can get at
the lighter plugs (without smashing it).

Push the little button in the center of the "rivet". It will come right out.

Thanks for the answer, I was starting to think this group only talked
about Jeeps.

I managed to figure it out about the same time as you posted this :)

Now my Floods are wired in properly, and I wont accidently leave them
on.
