2003 Landrover Freelnder 5 door rear seat

Hi,
Can anyone out there advise or help this old gezzer put the two seater part of the Rear seat back in my 2003 Serengeti 5 door.
I took it out to replace it with a leather set but the sale fell through so now I am struggling to put them back in. The single part went in ok but the two seat part which is bloody heavy is proving to be too difficult for me UNLESS there is an easier way of doing it????.
Please help this silly old Sod.

I've done this myself a few times but years ago. If I remember rightly I put them in folded up so that the front part of the hinges line up with the bolt holes in the rear part of the footwell. Put these bolts in first and don't quite tighten them all the way up so you can wiggle the seat a little when you fold it forward to line up the bolt holes in the boot floor. Should be easy to finish then.
