2003 FREELANDER HEATED REAR SCREEN

Hi all,
I realise this subject has been previously discussed, but! I have a new Rear Heated Tailgate Glass arriving this morning and I don"t really know how to fit it!! Could somebody please tell me how to remove the old Glass and then replace it with the new one. Any help and advice will be really appreciated.

Should be fairly straight forward… note that there is a process to adjust the preload when refitting
