Decided to sell the 2.5 engine that I was rebuilding for my Series 3.
It's a 2.5 block with head and front cover from a 2.25 Series.
The block was re-bored +20 by Turners, deck honed and new core plugs and cam bearings fitted.
The head is 8:1 unleaded, also recon by Turners.
New parts fitted:
Re-con A115 alternator, new Ducellier distributor (points).
Rear cover and flywheel are included, just not fitted. Starter motor also there (not tested). No fuel pump.
I have a Weber 32/34 DMTL carb that needs a rebuild that I'll include as well.
Re-built by the book during lockdown, all clearances within spec, photos of all stages. All receipts available.
I have most of the original 2.25 parts (fan, manifolds) if you want to make it look more like a Series engine.

- oil pump
- camshaft
- skew gear
- tappets
- chain & tensioner
- water pump
