Have the option to buy a T reg 90 county 130k on clock, will this have had the cylinder head pegs modified by then? and oil pump screw changed?
What's your opinion on them.

What's to say that the HG hasn't gone and that nylon dowels haven't been used again?
As for the oil pump bolt you can just do it yerself if you buy it so you'll know it's ok.

But is there an easy way tell if mods been done?
there is, just keep driving till it cracks the head or oil pump bolt comes off then you will no it hasnt been done, dead easy

Yes. There are 2 ways.
Method 1)
Take the head off to check the dowels and remove the oil pump bolt to check for theadlock
Method 2)
Drive it until the headgasket goes pop or the oil pump bolt falls out.
