1999 Jeep Wrangler: are bolts/nuts metric or standard

Are the bolts/nuts on a 1999 Jeep Wrangler metric or standard?

Also, does anyone know what size socket I need to take off the manual
transmission drain plug?

My wife has a 2000 Cherokee and the very limted work I have had to do
to it has been with non metric tools.
