Hello everybody,

I have bought a 1999 Freelander 1.8 Twin Cam, European version.
and on my dashboard I see light on ABS and also there is a sign showing car on evacuator, so I think that's why my front wheels are not driving, now my car is only rear wheel drive. ABS of course is not working too.
So I'm interested how what can I do against this.
I think maybe there is a reset button somewhere and all the parameters will come to defaults.
Please help me somehow. And note that I live in Georgia(Caucasus region) and here is no service center for landrovers and Ford too.

Thanks

hmmmm Intersting!
Almost everything on the freelander (Hippoo) needs the diagnostic computer - how are you going to manage?

welcome to Looneyzone, Dude

this place might be able to help

Hi man,

thanks for reply.

Can I get somewhere the software for landrover, the rest I can get from my friends, I mean cables to connect ECU with computer

I think yu can download the software from one of the Rave sites (get yoself a Rave manual). Clutchy or V8 mite be able to help yu more on the diagnostics stuff.

Please could you give me the link where I can download the software from.
Thank you in advance

i meant search in here! heehee!

if you look at the top there is a "search function"

u can also download all the rave CDs here:

The Green Oval - Downloads | Land Rover Data

the cds DO NOT cover 200 TDi's, only 300 TDi's.

If u own a pre 95' V8 the engine manual is relevant but wiring and bodywork stuff isnt

U will need to burn the files to CD as they are in image format, details are on the download page

Gamma Joba!....at the west end of Muzabidzi Street in Tblisi, close to the gas cylinder refuelling station, there is a small garage, mechanic's name is Albert (Russian) has the full set of landrover workshop manuals and knew them inside out down to component level, used to look after my Range Rover and the British Embassy vehicles. :)

Thank you so much, I'm downloading these CD's now
gramor
Gamarjoba bro :) :)
I searched a lot for Land Rover specialists over here, but couldn't find anybody who can repair my car.
Please could you tell me where is that garage, there is no Muzabidzi or Muzabidze street in Tbilisi, or maybe if you could explain me how can I get there or maybe you know his telephone or any kind of information to get there.
Thank you very much,
Aren't you in Tbilisi right now? :)

Not anymore (wish I was though), lived there for two years, so unless they have renamed the streets Muzabidzi is the 2nd road behind the college/Metro station facing you, when you come down the hill past the old horse track. Missus has the phone number somewhere and is trying to find it, I'll PM it.
