Well, it is with deep regret that I must sell my Discovery on. I have spent a small fortune on this machine of which I wont get back, but needs must and Im moving it on.
- 300 TDi Manual, 135k, MOT till January 10th 2017.
- Fully welded box section sills with heavy duty mounts
- Fully welded rear cross member with heavy duty mounts all welded professionally
- Front inner arches replaced
- Fairly new windscreen
- 2 Inch lift kit (shocks and springs)
- Extended braided brake lines and bump stops
- ARBs removed
- Arch extensions
- 30mm hub centric wheel spacers
- Heavy duty front and rear bumpers
- 13000lb Winch max winch
- Heavy duty Steering arms
- Uprated steering damper
- Genuine safari snorkel with washable panel air filter
- Kenlow thermostatically controlled cooling fan
- Fuel tank guard with reinforced chassis crossmember
- 4x Insa Turbo special Track tyres (nearly new)
- 4x spare alloy wheels with tyres for road use
- Rear axle rebuilt with ARB air locking diff, compressor and switches all ready to go
- TD5 headlights (and I have the TD5 grill in my loft somewhere)
- New rear disks and pads
- New rear Aframe ball joint
- Serviced recently to include engine oil, filter and fuel filter.
- Diff oils changed
- Recent transfer box replacement and fresh oil
- Recent steering box replacement with fresh oil
- Decat
- EGR removed
- Fuel pump and boost turned up but no excessive
- New front brake pipes
- Detatchable drop plate tow bar
Plus more that I probably forgotten.
The bad bits.
- Body work is scratched and dented, not too bad though. This 4x4 gets used and abused!
- Cambelt needs changing to be on the safe side
- Sunroofs I have gaffa taped up, as they leak..... usual disco woes
- headlining has come off in places and various rear interior plastics are missing..... not that it bothers anyone
This disco has had a lot of work done to it, it is very capable and I have used to to its full potential. Both for off roading and towing occasionally. Please dont expect a show motor thats never seen a grassy field in its life. I am pricing this to sell, based on the parts that are fitted. I will lower the price and put a standard axle back on the rear, as those ARB locking diffs are worth a lot of money. Serious interest please ring me on 07738910361.... located in stoke on trent
