Where is the heater control valve on a 1995 Chevrolet Pickup?

I'm sure that's what he means, and I'm sure there is one on my '95 S-10
Blazer. I just don't remember exactly where it is.

Start at the water pump and follow the small hoses. Look for where the
mechanical control cable hooks in.

92 K 1500 does not have a heater control valve.... I assume a 95
would not have one either.
