1990 land rover V8 fuel pump help

Hello folks, I own a factory 1990 Land Rover V8.

The landy was driving fine when I put it away a week ago, came to start today and here we go!

Engine turns over but will not start.

Plenty fresh petrol.
Checked and have a good spark.
Strong battery.
Generally well serviced vehicle.

Cant hear the in-tank petrol pump!!!
Put a direct + feed to the pump and it springs into action!

So dear experts........is there a fuel pump fuse and or relay to check next, if so which fuse or relay is it please??

My fuse board has the old glass fuses and all appear fine?

Sadly i don't have a wiring diagram or even an owners manual.

I guess you need to get the DMM out.
