110 V8 Supercharger?

So, I know its a bit out there, but has anyone ever tried to fit a blower to their 3.5 lieter v8 defender? I live at about 1600 meters and am just tring to make a little more power, plus you would have one of the most unique defenders out there. I know there are better ways to pull more power but I was just curious. Mabe you could fit one under a puma bonnet? Any suggestions on how to improve high altitude performance would be great too, thanks.

Personally no, but it is an option.

Supercharging the Rover V8 is nothing new. Lots have fitted Eaton chargers and used management such as Meagsquirt

There used to be an awesome video of a disco v8 in Aus with v8 supercharged, he was doing donuts in a disco on tarmac! now cant find the vid but its good real good.
