what is the best repair for Ali corrosion to the second row seat box on a 110, obviously repalcing is the proper fix.

anyone got anyidea of cost?

I made a new one.
Well, rather I got some Ali chequered plate, cut the shapes out and got a friendly engineering place to put the folds in. From memory it's only the upstand and the triangular shapes x2 at either end. I also cut new rear load area and floor plates too.

Cut the rot out. Rivet & RTV a new panel in place.

Or have it welded
