110 rear crossmember

Just about to cut the old crossmember off, I was just going to cut the wiring loom and solder it back together. But wondering if anyone has a better plan for the loom?

Tie some wire to it and pull it back past the cut.pull it back through with the wire when you've finished.or pull it right through and put it back along chassis in a flexible conduit.

You either cut it or disconnect everything at the back. I just cut and used

To put it back together.
Solder and heat shrink would be much better.

Red or blue heat shrink crimps is what I used.
I also ran it down the top of the chassis, just for easy future access.

Run mine along top of chassis leg in flexy conduit.
Top tip -- feed in a couple of spares while your doing it, already had a use for one feeding a rear power point.

When I did my series I abandoned the old tatty cables and ran a length of 9 core heavy trailer cable along the top of the chassis rail from the bulkhead to the rear.
