110 non starter

Hi, I have 2004 110 TD5, last month I started to have issue with not starting, turn the key but the engine wouldn’t turn, sometimes after a few attempts it would fire and be fine for a few days, anyway checked the usual, battery, starter then the injector wiring loom and behold oil in the loom, so replaced the wiring loom today and cleaned the connectors, put it back together and this time the engine immobiliser light came on and no start! I changed the battery in the fob and disconnected the main battery, reconnected and went through the key fob resync procedure, first turn of the key she fired up, all good left her running and engine rev’d as normal. Turned the engine off and now it won’t start again!! Same as before, turn the ignition on all the way and nothing, fuel pump running, relay under seat clicks, lights on dash, but just won’t turn over. Any ideas please?
