110 defender chassis and suspension advice please!!!

HELLO,

I am new to the forum and could do with some advice please.

I own a 110 HCPU Td5 on a 3050kg chassis. It is in good nick and I am looking to convert it to a tipper for use in my tree surgery business. I need to uprate the plated GVW to 3500kg which I understand can be done with an inspection by VOSA. However, does anybody know what changes I need to make to the vehicle?

I am already aware I need Wolf HD wheels and a suspension upgrade, which I can do easily. But, does the chassis need any adjustment to carry the extra 450kg legally?

I know plenty of people who have just upgraded the suspension and regularly carry more then the 3050kg stated, but if I am going to do it I want to be all legal.

Any help would be appreciated.
