I have an offer of a set of Michelin XS tyres for around 80 quid a piece
in 900 x16 -perfect size. Are these really 100% offroad jobbies , or
will they do ?

XS are sand tyres, but will do on most undergrounds. Don´t last too
long. But where the hell do you get XS for 80 pounds? They are usually
extremely expensive tyres, around 300 Euros per tyre.
