Ok. Where I live in Zimbabwe, we have alot of dry hard packed soil, so the bar grips seem to work well on them, but if I can find some more aggressive tyres to put on it, that would be better. You might find 9.00 x 16 at some agri tyre suppliers.
But a quick look and pickings are slim....
This leaves old stock military take offs. But are usually pricey.
Or for even more money you could go for these, but bear in mind they are remoulds....

A 9.00 x 16 should be a min of 34" tall, although in reality they could be as tall as 37".
This means something like a 255/85R16 is a tad too short. A 35.10.50R16 wouldn't be hugely off as they should be about 34.5" tall and only slightly fatter.

These are aggressive off road tyres, but in reality are probably better on road and off road than a bar grip and would likely suit styling wise as they have big bar like lugs.
