Hi everyone o.k here's the problem:- I have recently began to get juddering of the engine while under acceleration. I knew that the plugs where due to be changed So i changed the spark plugs, which at first worked for a day only. Now im back to the square one again (juddering). Also somthing else i noticed was if i turned off the engine and restarted again it wasn't as bad. Other things i have noticed is while on tickover it seems to occasionaly miss or judder . My thoughts were possibly MAF sensor, Engine managment system or HT leads. But to be really honest with you all i'm stumped and it looks like a visit to my local Landy main dealers (major £££££) if any of you guys have any ideas please let me know. :)

to keep things simple to start with

i know on the wasted spark style setup you can get poor contact between the plug and the lead causing them to arc a bit,
remove your leads and see if there is a black powder starting to form in the lead, this will defo cause your type of problem, you may notice its worse the more load you put on the engine

Thanks LR GUY You were bang on with your response, It was the HT leads. A quick visit to halfords, parted with £12.99 for 2 new leads and she's back to normal. I love this forum :) ALL THE BEST !
