Fair game....living in leafy Surrey, we rarely get major snowage or bitter temps, that those north of Watford seem to getWinter tyres aren't just for snow Ant. They are low temperature tyres. In the colds of winter normal tyres go hard and brittle as such no grip. Winter tyres are made of a compound that still works in the cold. Once the mercury goes below 8C it is worth chucking on winter tyres for extra grip on tarmac in the cold conditions.
Now if you get heaps of snow, you want snow tyres.
Hi All.
Not trying to depress anyone, but I have been thinking of winter.
I have decided to put 18" wheels on the L322. But, do I put AT's or Winter tyres on?
Use will be road/grass fields/winter conditions.

I waz looking at geting some bobcat tires on 16" rims for when it snows but all the bobcat tires ive seen, seem to be 16.5" would they fit safely?
I know it sounds extreme but i live near leeds and bradford airport and work even ferther into the penines and when it snows up heer it realy snows
Plus i can get them used with a good tread left for next to nowt
