Frontrunner makes one. I got one on my 110 HCPU. Nice piece of kit. Been on the back of the truck for over a year now and still looking good.

The holes in the canvas at the rear are to poke the straps through from the rear flap.

ziplock 4 little sticks to it, one on each corner, tie some nylon fishing wire to the sticks so it sits .25 inches above the metal. Birds no longer can perch on it.
Works here on the balcony.
on my 4-month-old 110 HCPU with HD springs I got 24 inches unloaded from center hub to bottom wheel arch.
Last time I had it loaded with about 150 kg and no noticeable change in height.

Here are some pics of the situation on my 110 HCPU. Don't think there would be a difference there between the 130 and the 110.
