What measurement have you got from the centre of the hub to the bottom of the wheel arch on a standard 110 sw ??

I've got approx 25inch unloaded but looks real sad loaded !

My 200 tdi 110sw with rusty old springs is looking a bit sad with 3 sprogs in the back and all the camping gear !! and now a caravan for when it's pishing it down !!

Already tried some second hand high capacity pick up srings on the back but they dint make much difference !

Not into "lifts" but need to get a bit of height in the old girl !!

New heavy duty springs or 2" lift ?????

The self leveling unit rusted & fell off years ago

Thanks in advance

Cheers matey !

Should also note that I do a lot of off-roading and have heard that heavy duty springs hinder axle twist!! If so, so be it as I've got to get her back up in the air!!

Don't suppose anybods got a heavy duty spring they could measure for me ?

Are HD springs just for the rear?

I have a 110 hard top that is used as a workhorse that needs new springs all round and dunno whether to get just HD rear or HD all round. As above, I've no particular desire to install a lift kit on mine. What did the 200 tdi come with as standard?

Great :)

So could somebod with standard height HD springs please measure for me -pretty please !

Cheers !

I would put new standard springs in and put helper springs inside those
only come into use when heavy loaded and do not effect ride

how much weight you putting in? I load mine up with camping stuff, +70kgs (ish) on the ball for the caravan and it seems to sag very little (pretty sure I have no auto height thingy either)
I have also had a PA system in there (my other hobby), estimated weight 350kgs with little noticabe sag (It wasnt dragging its arse by any stretch of the imagination)
depending on how desperate you are, Im off away next week, can give you an unladen and laden comparison, afaik I'm on stock springs for the 110CSW

I would much appreciate that-thanks !

on my 4-month-old 110 HCPU with HD springs I got 24 inches unloaded from center hub to bottom wheel arch.

Last time I had it loaded with about 150 kg and no noticeable change in height.
