Well after a conversation that went along the lines of "Its your problem you should have checked everything before you took the car" we have reported them to Trading Standards who will now be dealing with it. Its a shame really as I really love the car but I keep finding more and more wrong...

Thanks for the help :) I am overall happy with the car but have had to now spend some more money upgrading the sound system to something like what it should have been originally. My best case is that they offer a refund of some amount.

It just says sport on the paperwork, does the premium actually say premium, i.e. is a different model. At the time I just assumed the the premium but was an upgrade to the sport model.
