Not too bad there's no scoring/glazing on them they seem to be as they should fingers crossed I'm thinking of throwing a deglazer down the bore and fit some new rings seeing as the piston is out and it did have a bit of abuse lol fanatic- Yup u was right and I am greatful haha

Just an update stripped everything out today and found that only number 4 con rod was bent and the gasket had blown out of the back of the engine. New conrod for 40 quid and hopefully she will be running sometime next week :)

They say from what I understand is that you can only use 2500 litres of cooking oil a year thus means having 5000 litres of biofuel Just keep the receipts to prove how much you've bought :)

I am currently running with a 2inch spring lift and I'm looking to put +5. inch shocks on with extended hoses and dislocation cones seems to be the most common with a few mates of mine

I run mine on a 50/50 mix of veg oil and diesel. She seems to be a lot more responsive when I've got the veg oil in her just be sure to change the fuel filter quite often when first using it because it likes to clog it up slightly for the first few tanks :) hope this helps

Hi all like a complete idiot I drove my disco into a rather deep puddle and hydrolocked the engine. After dragging her out of the ditch I turned the engine over without the glow plugs in to get rid of the water. After which she started but very underpowered and chucking lots of white smoke out...
