My lousey workshop manual doesnt show what the pins of the 4 pin flasher unit do. Can anybody help

Has anybody installed a cruise control on a 110 defender? Was it difficult and did it work well? I'm an Aussie and we have too many long straight highways with too may radar traps

Thanks. Any suggestions on how to test for that? Perhaps there is a pin on the flasher or the indicator switch that I can ground.

Can anybody recomend one for my 110 TDI 1996 and do they work OK

The flasher unit buzzes like crazy and when I activate the indicators. I replaced it with a good one and it still does the same thing. Has anybody had this fault?
