I have just replaced my bulkhead and for some stupid reason did not mark up what the wires from the reverse switch (Bulkhead end). Do they go to seperate wires or into one of the multi plugs ? Any pictures would be a great help, by the way its a 200Tdi. Thanks in advance Wayne

I am sure I have read on a thread some where that there is a set distance from the rear tub to the bulkhead when refitting. Can anyone tell me what this is and where the measurements are taken. ie (engine side of the bulk head or the door side) All info is Appreciated Many thanks Wayne :D

I am in the process of fitting a new bulkhead and keep finding other little jobs to do along the way (as you do). One of these is the diff lock light on the dash does not come on, I have located the switch today on the transfer box but there are no wires going to it and none that I can see...

I picked my bulkhead up from Frank Hand Galvanisers in Nottingham last friday and it does not seem to have distorted much at all. It stands very straight on the floor the only place I can see a little is in the footwells. Great service from the galvanisers too dropped it off on the Thursday...
