Where can I get a Simbars bike rack for my 5 door T plate Freelander? - only needs to hold 3 bikes.

My t plate freelander has developed a strange creaking noise from the rear - I can't quite tell what it is but I can make it very noticable by going at low speed (10-30mph) and tapping the accelerator - it sounds like a suspension/creaking sort of thing - anyone with any ideas where it's likely...

This was my gremlin after all! Pity I didn't read this post before I joined the RAC and got the nice man out to show me precisely this! - he hopped up over the engine, reached done, pulled out a wee spade like cable/connector, gave it a wee rub with emory cloth, lubed it up, stuck it back in...

LOL!!! Checked and despite a little bit of lying water under the fusebox, there's nowt corroded and doesn't look like the scene of the crime... ...any more suggestions, it's not the battery, alternator, highly doubt the starter as I've given it a big ol bashing with no effect and I've checked...

Ah-herm!!!....problem solved..... Intermittently sticky pistons - binding brakes - brake disks fcuked = strange tyre wear and veering to right sensation! Thanks to all who contributed (which must have been about two of you! :-)

My 1.8 hippo (newly acquired) seems to be veering to the right - noticeable more so at lower speeds. Having checked the tyre pressures and sorted them out (they were all set too high) I've monitored for a few days and the problem continues... Got garage to check tracking and it got the all...

re: clunk going from 1st to 2nd - most probably rear diff - tiny correctly diagnosed a similar problem on my Freelander recently - mechanic inspected and confirmed it was the rear diff mount which had collapsed - luckily only £30/£40 part + mechanics time to fix...
