Hi Does it move partially or do you need several attempts to get it moving? If it moves partially it may be a small stone chip or dirt creating some friction. Or... if you have chrome covers, they are rubbing! Don't ask how I know:D Jarl :cool:

Hi LR owner info site down at the moment, but if i'm not wrong there are 2 fuses for the heated windshield in the engine compartment. One for RH side and one for the LH. Have a quick look in your owners manual. Jarl:cool:
