sorry for delays the unit is set at manual, but turning the knob makes no difference it just blows on full power

right ive checked all mentiond relays and fuses, all seem to be fine, however there are three large green 60 fuses on the engine side of the fuse box, none are broken but the prongs that press into the box look like they have been heated up( you know when you burn metal with a lighter) dont know...

right ive got the batt on charge again, so where will i find the relay that you mention, sorry totally inept when it comes to this sort of stuff, show me an aerial or satellite dish and im fine. cheers
