na, the 4.7 is the hemi, the 5.2 is a magnum, will the hemi fit to the bellhousing then?

hi all, the engine in my p38 is past it's best, so i am looking to replace with something different, been looking at a 5.2 magnum from an imported grand cherokee (am i allowed to say that here), open to any other ideas, or anyone done anything simular? dont really want to replace with a 4.0, or...
