Thanks Hope its not head gasket water coming out of header tank only when it boils , twin kenlow fans working fine thought it may be mud but washed off rad and still overheating will drain down and remove rad and clean off thoroughly first and refill system

just got back after a day out offroading and car started to overheat , never done it before ,water is boiling out of filler bottle when overheating washed all mud off rad and tried again and still overheats any ideas ?

just found some rot in my 90 chassis its a 1991 and the holes have appeared on the rear off side , one hole at side of shock mount and one between upper spring plate , can i just weld a plate in ? anyone else has same problem ?

got a 90 defender with 3.9 v8 and LT77 gearbox , what do i need to plug up when goin in water , appreciate with the V8 i cant go as deep as Diesels, do i need a wading kit for water up to cills ?

The manufacturer of the winch is "winch " its a 12000lb one , i have the instruction manual but no details for address of supplier etc wiring is direct to battery with isolator 5.5hp /4kw

winch on my 90 has never worked , but never had to use the cable wont pull out and the clutch lever wont move in to any position when you pull the trigger on the winch control there is just a click , thought it could be solenoid but as the cable/clutch seems jammed would like some advice...

anyone know if you can repair a leaky steering box , appears to be leaking from top of unit , hunted round to find a gaskt set but no look also tried the lucus powersteering stop leak (guaranteed to stop your leak) my arse guaranteed to cost 4 times more than mornal fluid any ideas ?
