i had this exact same problem i used the disconnect the aeriel trick and replaced the battery, that was 6 weeks ago now and it has worked fine ever since good stuff !

is the aeriel still disconnected from the receiver ? may have to connect it again for this procedure to work ... i think in one of your other threads you had disconnected it ...

the fob needs resynching with receiver now .. can't remember how but i'm sure the answer will arrive here soon !

i had a lot of problems with my code as well, got there eventually make sure you set all the windows and sunroof, after the fourth turn it sould lock the doors and start the sequence probably best to wait for gavbriggs for this one, he's a bit of an expert on it !

switching between the two may be possible with a simple dubbing switchbox, i bet maplins will do something that will suit the job its a bit late now i'll see if i can find one in the catalogue tomorrow ..
