As it turns out i got £400 back to pay for welding he can be reasoned with so it looks like i am keeping the discovery it did take me 3 hours to compose a letter to him though no point arguing over the phone.

just getting suspicious about what else is wrong with it had it 5 days and every day a new discovery, so far 9 holes (advertised as solid discovery with mot no advisories) ABS light removed and not working back door now wont open speedo needs a bash if you want to know how fast you are going...
