A train of thought says that for short journeys and slow work the grease "one shot" isn't too smart as the top bearing doesn't get lubricated. I've just down mine at 152k and I couldn't see any issues and grease went back in. It certainly leaks less than EP90.

I think they're about 13mm and I walloped on a 1/2" AF socket onto it and a big bar. The "big bar" needs to keep the axis of the force applied close to the socket so no tyre extention types (how do I know that...).

Quantity seems fine (it's what I used) but make sure that if you have BARE body metal you'll need etch primer which (the stuff I used) was two part and had a limited shelf life after mixing. I'd suggest that you get two types of thinner: fast and slower...I think they're timed in some fashion...
