totally agree , crawled along all day at that speed . im quite happy looking at the scenery than blasting up and down , I never see enough of the countryside in daily driving so why the majority of people we encountered were so grumpy looking is beyond me ,, we did notice a hand written sign on...

ahaaaa that's why I chickened out from going down that lane last sunday :D great to see what is all the way down the lane in daylight tho ,, great vid ... Also like to say it was my 1st time laning and me and my mrs were shocked at how many totally miserable people we encountered from cyclists...

just my 2 penneth here but ive registered several ex military vehicles to civilian reg numbers and I was told by Northampton dvla office that a vehicle is only given a Q plate if the origin of the original vehicle / maker or if its had a total chassis or frame change where a certain percentage...

maybe so but wed been laning all day , it was dark , quite a way from home , 1st time ever laning so didn't want to break my motor by just going for it .. if it was earlier in the day then maybe but my car now lives to play another day ;-)

ahhh well not sure now , possibly weekend as one of our lads has just trashed his gearbox and last night had it on the bench in millions of bits ,,,and yes I do mean millions of bits :boom: so who knows ,, might not be happening now :-(

hi all ,, anyone know of any campsites that will be open this time of year or friendly farmers that would allow 3 o4 4 landrovers park up and camp over night around the peak district somewhere ? not exactly sure where we heading for as its been arranged by someone else but they are used to just...

I know an EX motorbike tealeaf as part of a gang ... they used to watch forums for what alarms etc people have then they would club together and buy the latest alarm/ immob combos and then sit sometimes for nights together trying to crack the system ... most people put a sticker or whatever in...

sorry kev , I haven't got a clue which is best , I just know this one works and the range is quite good so should be ok for laning ;-)

CB now fitted , mounted on roof console as you can see , routed cables across headlining and down behind windscreen pillar .. works great and is well out of the way ;-)

I looooved my Cortina's ,,, then there was the mk 1 sierra ... jellymold pile of poop ' had a royal blue 2 ltr Cortina estate with a full length sunroof ,,, was a total gem ;-)

spray waxoyl !!! now that got me wondering and just realised the guy I bought the truck off left 2 tins of waxoyl in the back... at least that's something free he left haha
