    Headlining Replacement

Will you attempt it in-situe, or are you removing the old headlining to do it. Removing the residue of the old cloth/glue is very messy!! I've a complete old headlining in the garage if anyone wants it. Geoff:)

    Headlining Replacement

Sorry, I didn't take any photographs. However, take it from me, it makes the inside of the P38 like new. Re-covering the old one was an option, but now it's out, I wouldn't bother. First it needs more fibreglass to strengthen it, then you've to find a good cloth, then you need a very good glue...

    Scottish Green Road Club

If you mean the channel that Sandy, Andy and I use, I've no idea what frequency it's on, as Andy usually sets the hand held up and hands it to me all ready to go. We normally use ch7UK on the CB's. No idea why someone once chose ch7!! Andy will tell you what frequency we use, or ask on SGRC...

    Headlining Replacement

I've had a saggy headlining on my P38 since I've had it, just over a year. In that time, I've tried to source a replacement. I entered P38 Headlining on ebay, and came up with a 2 piece replacement from a company called Myrtle in Kent. I sent away for one last week and we fitted it on Friday...

    Sankey trailer help

The ring metal on our Sankey is 1.6" thick. It wouldn't fit on my ball and pin, so the guy we bought it off gave us a Nato Hitch. That's definately the way to go as it's a lot easier to clip on to a Nato Hitch than a ball and pin. Geoff

Well, we're just over a year old and we have over 80 members, which is superb, considering we expected to have about 20. We've done 10 runs since last March and aim to do about one a month. Well done to Sandy for forming the Club. Geoff:)

    Scottish Green Road Club

This club was formed about a year ago solely for the purpose of driving the Green Roads of Scotland, which differ slightly from those of England and Wales in that most of the routes are on private land. This has the advantage that we get to places where the general public don't have access...

Hope you have a good weekend at Lamancha. I hear it's a great site. One of our, (SGRC), forum members, Lenny, is hosting an Autojumble/Off Roading event in Helensburgh on 3rd December. Sounds like it could be a good day out. Details are on our forum. Geoff :)

Sorry for the "delay". I havn't been on LanyZone for a while. I no longer have that P38 and never did sort out the High/Low changing. I must say, I never needed Low ratio. Coincidentally, my Great, Great, Great Grandfather was called Huddleston. Geoff
