Remove the door cards, lube everything up, put back together and see if the issue still there. Could've been the vibration from the impact. Tell your insurance company, they should cover it if it's apart of the accident.

get; - a tracker - clutch pedal lock - removable steering wheel boss - battery isolator - door security screws - insurance so you can buy another one and you should be ok..

yes this is a 300tdi with a td5 heater matrix.. they do a conversion pipe kit for them.. i just need to cut them as my 300tdi is bolted to a lt77 YOLO

Just tested the new blower motor for the heater box.. it works.. for now.. I've decided i'm putting waterproof plugs on everything on the wing of the vehicle.. lights and side lights.. the amount of times i've taken the wing off for the blower motor.. i just want a single unclip solution!

Do you have any pictures of your current one? Some have 2 horns (1 either side of the turbo)

yeah i know what you meant.. but i aint taking the rocker cover off just for a bit of oil in the inlet manifold lol

all caps still there.. valve clearances.. well they look fine when looking inwards

nah it's blanked off (was cleaned after it was blanked)

Got a new intercooler + pipes fitted last night.. but got to clean this thing out just wanted to make sure i wasn't putting it back on for it to be full of oil in a few weeks time

Any ideas on cleaning it out and the causes? Oil seal in turbo?

oh and the hardest part of the week was building up the galv doors.. NIGHTMARE job.. but once i knew where all the bits went.. the other one was a quick hour job..
